The confidential telephone helpline is staffed by professionally trained support workers.  All workers on the helpline are parents whose children have been sexually abused or raped.

The telephone helpline is open on Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 7.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.  However, at all other times an answer phone is in operation and we aim to return all calls within 24 hours.

The telephone helpline is another place where you can discuss the problems you are having with your children, your feelings, practical problems like schooling or where you can ask questions about things like the legal process.
